A Company was co-founded in 2009 by Efrem Delessa, Delessa Lemssa and other family members. A simple small scale business idea originally implemented in Bishoftu town to support a family affected by the civil unrest at that time. The initial investment was 55 chickens purchased from another poultry farm in the back of the family home whereby working on the small seedling nursery simultaneously.

Currently the company is a leading Landscaping Company in Landscaping and Greenery works. It is also working effectively in the field of Poultry, Animal feed production and plant nurseries.
